Board Member Requirements
We are always looking for dedicated professionals to join our conference board and contribute to
the development and success of our department. To ensure that all board members bring value and
expertise, we have established the following criteria for eligibility:
1. Academic or Professional Credentials
- PhD or Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., technology, business, engineering, or
relevant subjects).
- Significant professional experience (minimum of 5 years) in the relevant industry or
academic field.
- Recognized expertise, demonstrated through publications, conference presentations, or
industry awards.
2. Research and Publication Contributions
- Must have published at least 3 research papers in peer-reviewed journals or have
presented at international conferences.
- Actively involved in ongoing research or leading industry innovations in their area of
expertise.
3. Leadership and Collaboration
- Proven leadership experience, either in industry, academia, or within other professional
boards.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary and cross-functional
teams.
- Experience in organizing or participating in conferences, workshops, or professional
development events is highly preferred.
4. Professional Memberships
- Active membership in recognized professional associations or equivalent organizations
related to their field of expertise.
- Commitment to uphold the ethical standards and values of the organization.
5. Commitment and Involvement
- Willingness to dedicate time for board meetings, conferences, and other departmental
activities (approximately 10 hours per quarter).
- Active participation in strategic planning, event organization, and reviewing of
research papers or submissions.
- Must maintain a high level of professionalism and dedication to the development of the
department.
